Cancellation Policy

At www.pringlegifts.com, we strive to ensure the highest quality of service and products. However, in certain situations, Archie And Jughead India Private Limited may need to cancel your order due to circumstances such as out-of-stock items or quality concerns. In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your account.

Please be aware that certain products are non-cancellable. If you attempt to cancel such an order, we will review your request. No cancellations are permitted once the product has been dispatched from Archie And Jughead India Private Limited.

If you cancel your order within the permitted timeline, a 2.5% payment gateway charge will be deducted from your refund, and the balance will be credited to the original payment method.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales made on www.pringlegifts.com are final. Products cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned after purchase. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing us at archiesframe@gmail.com or calling our Customer Care at 9810993184. Eligible products will be exchanged for the same SKU, subject to stock availability.

To ensure a smooth and fair process:

  • Opened or damaged products by the customer are not eligible for exchange. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or delivered as per your order.
  • We do not offer a return pickup service. Customers are required to courier the package back to us. Please share the airway bill (AWB) with us once shipped. After receiving the product and completing a quality check, we will process your exchange.
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. All packaging, labels, tags, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, and accessories must be intact. We will not accept returns without these items.

Upon receiving your return request, we will assess the complaint and validate the claim of a faulty or defective product. If your complaint is found to be genuine, we will process a replacement for the eligible items.

Please note that Archie And Jughead India Private Limited is not responsible for any damage caused during the reverse delivery of the product.

Refunds

While refunds are generally not provided, exceptions may be made if we are unable to process a replacement for a defective product. In such cases, the following refund procedures will apply:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: The full refund amount will be credited back to your bank account, card, or wallet within 4-10 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account as provided via the registered email address used for the order.
  • Store Credit/Gift Vouchers/Promotions: Refunds will be issued as online store credit, redeemable for future purchases at www.pringlegifts.com.

By placing an order through www.pringlegifts.com, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any disputes related to cancellations, returns, or refunds are considered resolved once these conditions are met, and no further claims, demands, or compensations will be entertained.
